Retail Customers

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. If any items are backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with any products you purchase from us for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. However, freight charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Wholesale Customers

Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders will be processed within 3 business days. We will ship all in-stock items in your order immediately and will contact you regarding any items on backorder. Please allow 3 weeks for shipment of backordered items.

Return Policy

Wholesale purchases, intended for resale, can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Freight charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee.

Out Of Stock Items

You can order items in our product line that indicate they are out of stock, but please allow up to three weeks for delivery. We will update your pending order information periodically so you can keep track of the status of any backordered items.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. If any products are visibly damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery. We will make all necessary claims with the shipping company and send replacements to you as soon as possible.

If you discover any damaged items within your package after the driver has left, please contact us within 5 days of and we will make arrangements to either send a replacement, or give you a refund. You may be asked to provide photos to document the extent of the damage.
